Return Policy

Due to the intimate nature of pantyhose and socks, we keep a strict hygiene policy.

Returns (Unopened Only)

We do not accept returns on pantyhose or socks once opened.
Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging may be eligible for return at our discretion.

Store Credit or Exchange (Defective Products Only)

If your item arrives defective (manufacturing defect such as holes, tears, runs, or seam issues before wear), we will provide a store credit or exchange.

To request help with a defective item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number

  • Include clear photos of the defect (and the packaging if available)

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • For returns: items must be unopened and in original sealed packaging

  • Damage caused after delivery (snags from wear, washing, or improper handling) is not considered a defect
